This workshop is only open to participants who have taken Mirrors in the Dark in the last five years.

April 29^th is a day-long designed to refresh your familiarity with working with dreams (in the large group) and give you time to dive into your own images (in breakout dyads or triads) . Sharon will be facilitator of this program day.

The two evening meetings, May 3 and 10, will each include one open seat – chosen by lottery – and reflected by Chris, followed by channel two/discussion if time allows.  The second part of each evening will include small breakout groups where each participant will have time to explore a dream.

In gestalt dream work, as in all forms of gestalt practice, there is no analysis and no interpretation. You are respected as the expert on your dreams as you enter and become images to see what reflections, messages, or possibilities are brought into awareness. This process is also fruitful when applied to daydreams, art, stories, totems, or memories. If you don’t have much recall of nighttime dreams, you can enter through these doors.

Working with dreams can take us anywhere. We may find ourselves problem solving, exploring sacred space, handling unfinished business, or discovering new aspects of ourselves. By opening to the nuances of an image, sensing and moving to embody the image, and exploring associations and meanings, we often arrive at a sense of insight. Who is this Inner Dreamer? How can we let our dreams bring to light what is waiting for attention? Our nighttime author is often wise enough to understand life’s complexity and mirror it back to us with simplicity.

The three meetings will be on zoom. You may elect to take only the day long ($225), or the day long and the two evenings ($360). The two evenings without the day long is not an option.

Participants must have completed Mirrors in the Dark workshop in the past five years.
